Certified as waterproof, dustproof, and salt-spray rustproof with IPX6, IPX7, and IP6X ratings, the KENWOOD KAC-M5014 can withstand powerful water jets up to 12.5m, submersion up to 1m, and dirt ingress. Additionally, the ASTM B117 salt spray test confirms its protection against corrosion.

To protect against vibrations, the amp undergoes a rigorous 3-axis multi-frequency vibration test. The amplifier mounting section is constructed of 15/64 inch die-cast material to suppress vibrations. Distortion-free audio is achieved with high-quality PMLCAPs, which reduce distortions even at higher volumes. Magnetic shielding for the output coils reduces radiated noise, ensuring accurate sound reproduction.
